Joseph is a thought leader in technology-driven business transformation with over 20 years of experience focused on strategy and execution in financial services. Throughout his career, Joseph has demonstrated a unique ability to demystify complex technology disciplines for senior banking and credit union executives and boards of directors.  Joseph brings a unique blend of business and technology acumen that enables him to bridge the strategic gap between business and IT leaders and support his clients in launching, accelerating and delivering their most strategic technology initiatives.

Previously, Joseph held senior delivery and strategy roles in Gartner’s banking practice.  Earlier in his career, he was part of the IT audit practice at KPMG.

Steve is a trusted advisor with three decades of experience helping banks and credit unions through enterprise change. He partners with mid-market institutions to drive competitive advantage in the digital age—through smarter technology investments, streamlined operating models, and impactful transformation programs.

Steve brings deep expertise in aligning technology to business strategy, rethinking tech spending and investment and navigating organizational complexity.

Prior to Alacrity Partners, Steve held senior leadership roles at Gartner, where he led the North America mid-market banking practice and worked closely with C-level executives on digital transformation. He began his career at Accenture in the ERP space.

Simon is a recognized authority in enterprise architecture and software integration, with over 25 years of experience helping financial institutions transform through technology. Passionate about enabling purpose-driven institutions to better serve their customers, Simon is committed to advising mid-market banks and credit unions on building adaptable, customer-centric architectures.  He specializes in guiding C-level executives and technology teams through modernization initiatives involving core banking systems, iPaaS, CRM, contact center, and digital experience platforms. 

Prior to Alacrity Partners, Simon spent 15 years at Gartner as a senior technologist and thought leader focused on next generation technologies and their impact on banking and customer experiences. He also held leadership roles at Accenture, BearingPoint, Engility, Oshyn, and XM Radio

Alec is a recognized industry expert with over 28 years of experience in executive roles spanning financial services, consulting, and fintech. Alec led the Financial Services practice at Gartner Consulting and is a trusted advisor to C-suite across leading banks, credit unions, and financial institutions.  Alec specializes in core banking, technology economics, and digital banking where his greatest accomplishments can be measured by the transformations he has been a part of and the impact they have had on the people involved – employees, executives, customers, and shareholders.  It is out of this spirit that Alacrity will always be committed to maintaining humanity while adopting technology.
